 Payment Policy:  We accept all major credit cards and checks through the secure service PayPal.  Please be advised that you do not have to be registered with Paypal to make a payment through them.  We gladly accept money orders and personal checks sent directly to Kiss You Love You should you decide not to use PayPal.  All payments are due at the time of purchase.  For those who pre-send a personal check, your item will be sent as soon as your check clears.  Vintage Treasures Policy:  Please note that all Kiss You Love You Treasures are unique and one of a kind.  Many of our treasures are time worn and may have small imperfections, which we believe, make the item even more desired and precious.  Our treasures are carefully selected for their quality in craftsmanship, uniqueness, and beauty and of course are one of a kind; therefore all sales on treasures are final and non-refundable.  Custom Orders:  All of Kiss You Love You custom orders are handmade just for you and are therefore non-refundable.  Because we make all custom orders to your specifications we do require a deposit of 50% with the balance paid at the time of your order’s shipment.  Because we hand make all bedding, we ask for at least two weeks from your order date to shipping.  Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 Shipping Policy:  All Kiss You Love You products are shipped UPS or U.S. Mail.  Items that are in stock will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours.  All custom orders will be shipped based upon a two week window. At the time of purchase please be sure to give us your full name and detailed shipping information.  Because Kiss You Love You sells an array of items of varied weights and sizes, all shipping costs will be determined individually in order to provide you with the lowest cost and most prompt delivery.

 Return Policy:  At Kiss You Love You your satisfaction is very important to us and we work very hard to meet your expectations.   However, should you be unsatisfied with your purchase (excluding custom orders and vintage treasures) we will gladly accept returns within 10 days.  All items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging.  We ask that you insure all returned items for your own protection.  Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.  Prior to shipping returned item, please contact Kiss You Love You for a return authorization code.  All credits will be issued within 14 days of return.  Thank You!
